The rink is located in 144 Street at Whitestone Expressway, Queens. This is an outdoor rink that deserves a visit. The joint does not have disco lights though it is open at around 9:30 p.m. Harvey Park is best during summer and winter since it offers an amazing experience as it is less crowded if you are a skater who does not need whistles and bells. Interestingly, Harvey Park is free.
Pier 2 Roller Rink

The arena offers free public skate from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. implying that you can turn up anytime within the allocated time and have fun. However, if you are busy during this time, you can visit the rink when it offers public skate at a fee of $6 from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. where you can skate while enjoying music from live DJ and watching the cityscape lights.
Riverbank State Park
This is an outdoor rink that opens during summer periods. The joint allows adults only during Wednesdays and Fridays from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Even though the place can be crowded, and it offers smooth experience following its recent renovation. During weekends, the joint is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Riverbank offers rollerblading in NYC and rollerskating in NYC. Riverbank offers admission charges of $1.50 per individual and skates rental of $6 if you forget to take yours.
Governors Island
The rink is located in Western Promenade though it is not technically for rollerskating; it is equipped with an ice-like floor. The floor allows you to skate using regular ice skates during hot temperatures while viewing the amazing statue of Liberty alongside the Manhattan skyline. The rink is usually open during October, and the admission fee is $20. Additionally, Governors Island offers free skates during weekdays.
BKLYN Skates

It is open from around 8 p.m. to midnight and allows you to skate while enjoying live DJ music as you make you stylish rounds around the gymnasium. The admission fee at this rink is $10, including $5 for skate rental.

Roller Jam USA
Roller Jam USA is situated in 236 Richmond Valley Road, Staten Island. The rink is a huge nightclub that offers roller skate in the disco light displays. However, on Saturday, the place is a full-service bar at night. The rink allows you to roller skate while listening to retro tunes.
The joint offers both adult and children roller skating on Saturday daytime with an admission fee of $10.50.
Dreamland Roller Disco
The rink is located in LeFrak Center at Lakeside. Dreamland offers amazing pizza, and hosts themed nights every Friday night. The park was at its peak in the 1970s, but unfortunately, it was closed following allegations of drug and substance abuse and excessive noise in the city. In 1990, the rink was reopened and its operation till now. Central Park has amended relationships in NYC, even offering horse and carriage rides now.

Central Park does not host adults and children simultaneously but instead has a calendar whereby April to October allows adults and children during the rest months of the year. The rink is ideal for the family. It is open from Thursday to Sunday for the public. The admission fee at the rink is $9 per person.
EJ Murray Memorial Skating Center
The venue offers rollerskating throughout the summer. Uniquely, rollerskating classes are available at the rink for first-time rollers. The roller lessons are couched by experienced personnel. Additionally, EJ Murray offers rollerskating till October and then shifts to ice skating.
